There is an increasing variety of agricultural machinery to help keep green spaces. Now we can choose how we mow pastures, fallow land and green areas, and what to do with the mowed grass. The flail mower has become a very interesting proposition for many customers. Some refer to these mowers as "special purpose" mowers because they can mow tall grass and overgrown areas with ease. The flail mower, as the name suggests, is a lawn mower in which the mowing function is performed by flails placed on the cutting shaft. The cutting shaft rotates around its axis at the right speed and cuts everything above the set height.

A flail mower is a variant of a rotary mower, in which the cutting elements are flails that shred the mowed plants. This mowing system was used in the flail forage harvester (often colloquially known as Orkan or rotor). The system, in which the flails are a sharpened rotating mass on the cutting shaft, works well in mowing wastelands and roadsides. The rotation of the machine is often higher than 3000 rpm. The drive systems can be mechanical from the PTO shaft or hydraulic using a hydraulic motor.

The EF type mower is a lightweight flail mower designed for mowing and maintaining meadows, pastures and wastelands. The compact size allows the machine to be used in hard-to-reach areas in greenhouses and between rows. The construction of the mower also allows you to work in built-up areas because the mower has a fairly large limitation of stones falling out from under the mower. The robust design and massive construction of the EF mower makes it ideal for mowing wasteland. roadsides, recreational areas and eliminating small unevenness or molehills. The method of operation of the mower, the so-called mulching (grinding), does not require collecting the mown material, the ground organic material thus becomes a natural fertilizer. The simple construction of the mower makes the mower very durable and low in failure. The lightweight EF flail mowers are ideal for smaller tractors. All EF mowers are equipped with "Y" blades which can be changed to 0.40 kg hammers.
