We choose a Care mower when we want to have an aesthetic space, because the way of mowing and cutting, as well as the design of the cutting blades, leave behind a nicely mowed grass and undamaged terrain.
The Care mower is an agricultural mower, designed mainly for mowing low grass (max. 350-400 mm) on large and flat surfaces. The most common sizes are: 1000, 1200, 1500 or 1800 mm.
The principle of operation of the Care mower is very simple. The mowing element is three flat knives that rotate like a helicopter propeller. The Care mower is a tractor mower, which means it needs the power of the tractor to work. Transmission of power from the tractor and drive of the cutting knives is possible after connecting the PTO shaft (PTO shaft - recommended PTO/PTO speed 540 rpm). The shaft is connected to the tractor on one side, and to the mower's angular gear on the other, which drives the V-belts responsible for the rotary movement of the knives.
It can be attached to the tractor's rear linkage with a three-point linkage, the so-called The three-point linkage of category I and II or in the case of an interaxle mower - is mounted between the axles of the tractor.

When using a Care mower, pay special attention to the presence of elements that can damage the mower blade, i.e.: stones, branches, protruding roots, tree trunks, etc. In such conditions, a flail mower should be used, which we also offer.
If we drive the mower into too much grass, the mower may become clogged with the mown grass and stop the blades, which causes the V-belts to slip and may damage them.
The difference between a maintenance mower and a flail mower lies in the construction of the cutting system. In the flail mower it is a cutting shaft with flails, while in the maintenance mower it is flat rotating knives. This makes the maintenance mower mainly used for mowing grass on flat ground, while the flail mower is designed for more demanding surfaces.
